What we collect and why
The "Request an FDE assessment" form collects: your name and email (required); phone, WeChat, industry and the problem you describe (optional). All of it serves one purpose: replying to your enquiry and assessing whether we can take on your project.
How the information is handled
The form content is sent from your own mailbox to ours. It is read and answered only by the colleague handling your enquiry. We do not share or sell it, use it for marketing, or feed it into automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. If you would like to stay in touch afterwards, we ask for your consent before keeping you as a long-term contact.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw a previous consent. Email contact@mail.kchangai.com with your name and the address you used; we will respond and act within a reasonable time.
If this notice changes materially, the change is published here with a record of what changed.
